MG Hector ‘Romeos’ Chase Family on Noida Roads, Obscene Gestures Caught on Camera; 2 Arrested


Noida: A shocking case of road indiscipline and harassment has surfaced from Noida, where two youths allegedly chased a family’s car and made obscene gestures, including blowing flying kisses, in broad daylight. The incident, captured on video, triggered widespread outrage after it went viral on social media.


According to the viral clip, the accused were travelling in an MG Hector and repeatedly followed a car carrying a family. They were seen making lewd gestures on a public road, leaving the occupants distressed and raising serious concerns over women’s and family safety even inside vehicles.


Social media users slammed the incident, questioning law and order in the high-tech city of Noida. Many alleged that such brazen behaviour reflected fearlessness among privileged youths, who appeared undeterred by police or social norms. Several users pointed out that the vehicle number was visible in the video and urged immediate police action.


Responding to the outrage, police said a case was registered and two accused — Amit Kumar from Azamgarh and Abhishek from Mainpuri, both currently residing in Noida — were arrested. The car used in the incident has been seized. Police added that the accused had also made obscene gestures at other women on the road and chased their vehicles.


Officials said further legal action is underway. The incident has reignited debate over road safety and women’s security in Uttar Pradesh, with citizens demanding strict punishment to ensure public roads are not turned into spaces for harassment.

Greater Noida – In a shocking incident in Roza Jalalpur under Bisrakh police station, a 22-year-old man brutally killed his wife and six-year-old brother-in-law with a stone before hanging himself on Monday evening. Police identified the accused as Pappu Lal, a resident of Gajraula, Pilibhit. He had been living at his in-laws’ house for the past ten days. On the day of the incident, his father-in-law and mother-in-law were at work, while Pappu, his wife Jaswanti (21), and her younger brother Tej Prakash (6) were at home.
