Barabanki Shocker | Two Friends Swap Wives, Court Marriage & Police Action

 


Barabanki (UP) – A bizarre case from Lonikatra police station area has left locals stunned. Two friends, Anup and Pappu, working in the same private company in Ahmedabad, allegedly exchanged wives. The matter escalated to the extent of court marriage.


Pappu alleged that Anup kept his wife Savita with him for the past four months and pressured him to marry Anup’s wife. He even claims he was given ₹10,000 for this arrangement. Anup later performed a court marriage with Pappu’s wife.


Meanwhile, Anup’s wife accused him of domestic violence and said she was forced to live with Pappu. She alleged she was told, “Now you two should live together like husband and wife.”


Police confirmed both sides failed to reach a compromise. Anup Yadav and Pappu were detained and challaned under Section 151.

Bidar (Karnataka): A shocking case of cruelty has emerged from Adarsh Colony, Bidar city, where a 7-year-old girl was allegedly murdered by her stepmother, who pushed her from the terrace of a third-floor building. The victim, Saanvi, was taken upstairs on August 27 by her stepmother Radha under the pretext of playing a game. Once on the terrace, Radha allegedly pushed the child to her death. Initially, the incident was dismissed as an accident, and Saanvi’s father Siddhant lodged an accidental death complaint the following day. CCTV footage reveals truth On September 12, a neighbor shared CCTV footage showing Radha’s suspicious movements with the child before her death. Following this, Saanvi’s grandmother lodged a fresh complaint at Gandhiganj police station.
