Seat Turns Battleground: Women Brawl Inside AP RTC Bus in Anantapur


A heated clash broke out among women passengers over a seat inside an Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) bus in Anantapur district, creating chaos during the journey.


The incident occurred on Tuesday in an RTC bus travelling from Uravakonda Mandal to Kanekal village. According to eyewitnesses, several women began arguing over a seat, which soon escalated into verbal abuse and physical assault. Other passengers were left shocked as the scuffle continued inside the moving bus.


Incidents of quarrels over seats in RTC buses have reportedly become frequent, with overcrowding often triggering such clashes. No injuries were reported in the latest incident, and further details are awaited.
