A serious road rage incident was reported from Sangamwadi Road in Pune, where a young man was allegedly dragged on the bonnet of a car for nearly two kilometres following an argument with a woman driver. A video of the incident has gone viral on social media, triggering widespread outrage.

According to preliminary information, the incident began with a dispute between two motorists who were travelling in separate cars. The argument escalated near the Kalyani Nagar intersection, where the man allegedly tried to stop the woman’s vehicle by first positioning his car in front of hers and later standing directly in front of her car.

Eyewitnesses said the woman driver did not stop the vehicle and continued driving, during which the man remained on the bonnet as the car moved through busy roads. After covering a distance of around two kilometres, the driver allegedly applied sudden brakes, causing the man to fall onto the road.

The injured man sustained serious injuries and was immediately rushed to a hospital for medical treatment.
