Parking Row Turns Ugly in Greater Noida West, Viral Video Leads to Arrests
A case of bullying and verbal abuse following a parking dispute has surfaced from a residential society in Greater Noida West, with a video of the incident going viral on social media. Acting on the victim’s complaint and the viral footage, police have arrested two accused.
The incident took place on January 13, 2026, at First Avenue Society, Gaur City-1, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Bisrakh police station. According to police, an argument broke out over parking between Sushant Gupta, the car driver Guddu Kumar, and the car owner Ayush. What began as a routine dispute soon escalated into verbal abuse and alleged bullying.
Police said Sushant Gupta was subjected to abusive language and threats during the altercation. He recorded the entire episode on his mobile phone, and the video was later circulated widely on social media, triggering public outrage.
After the video went viral, the Bisrakh police took cognisance of the matter and initiated an investigation. Based on the complaint and video evidence, police arrested driver Guddu Kumar, a resident of Pisawa in Aligarh, and car owner Ayush, a resident of First Avenue, Gaur City.
Bisrakh police confirmed that further legal action is underway in the case.
