Bride Gives Birth on Wedding Night in UP Village, Love Affair Behind Shocking Turn of Events

A startling incident from Rampur district in Uttar Pradesh has left an entire village stunned after a newlywed bride gave birth to a baby girl just hours after her marriage. The incident took place in Kumhariya village under the Azimnagar police station area.

According to information, Rizwan, a resident of Kumhariya village, married a young woman from Bahadurganj after police intervention and mediation by village elders. Police sources said the couple had been in a love relationship for some time, following which the woman approached the Azimnagar police station and the Mursaina outpost demanding marriage. With the consent of both families, the marriage was solemnised.

On Saturday evening, Rizwan brought the bride to his home after the wedding rituals. However, around midnight, the bride complained of severe abdominal pain, creating panic in the household. A local female doctor was immediately called, who provided first aid. By Sunday morning, the bride delivered a baby girl at home.

As the news spread, villagers gathered at the house, and women from the locality arrived to bless the newborn, offering traditional sweets and expressing happiness over the child’s birth.

Azimnagar police station in-charge Karan Singh said preliminary investigation revealed that the couple had a prior relationship and the woman was already pregnant before the marriage. Police stated that no legal action was required at present, as the marriage had taken place with mutual consent and family agreement.

The incident has since become a major topic of discussion in the village.
