Pakistani Woman vs Long-Term Visa Husband: Explosive Allegations Rock Indore
A Karachi resident named Nikita has approached the Indore High Court seeking action against her Pakistani-origin husband, Vicky Nagdev, who has been living in Indore on a long-term visa. Nikita alleges that Vicky abandoned her at the Attari border in 2020 under the pretext of visa processing and has since been living illegally in India. She claims he is now preparing to remarry without divorcing her.
According to the petition, the couple married in January 2020. A few months later, Vicky allegedly took Nikita to the Wagah–Attari border and left her there, promising to call her back. She states that he has been untraceable since then. Nikita has also submitted complaints to the PMO seeking action.
Meanwhile, Vicky denies all charges. He claims he has been living legally in India and accuses Nikita of blackmail. He alleges that she repeatedly demanded money and refused to return to India despite multiple requests.
The High Court will now examine the allegations from both sides, including claims of illegal stay, abandonment, and blackmail. The matter has drawn significant attention due to cross-border marital complications and visa irregularity concerns.
