Newlywed Couple’s Train Deaths Take Shocking Turn: Fight Caught on Camera Before Fatal Fall
A newly married couple from Andhra Pradesh died after falling from a moving train on the Vangapalli–Aler railway line in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district of Telangana late on Thursday, December 18, 2025. The incident has drawn wide attention after a video, allegedly showing the couple arguing inside the train shortly before their deaths, surfaced on social media.
The deceased were identified as Korada Simhachalam (25) and his wife Bhavani (19), residents of Ravupalli village in Garugubilli mandal of Parvathipuram Manyam district. Married about two months ago, the couple had boarded the Machilipatnam Express at Secunderabad and were travelling to Vijayawada to visit relatives.
According to railway police, after the train crossed Vangapalli station in Yadagirigutta mandal, the couple was standing near the coach doorway when they fell from the moving train. The bodies were found early Friday morning by track maintenance staff and later shifted to a hospital for postmortem.
The case took a dramatic turn after a clip circulated online, purportedly recorded inside the train, showing the couple in a heated argument. Police are verifying the authenticity and timing of the video and have cautioned against drawing conclusions from unverified content.
Posts on social media claimed that Bhavani jumped from the train in a moment of distress after the argument, and Simhachalam followed in panic. However, police have not confirmed these claims and said all angles, including accident and *****, are being probed.
Officials said Simhachalam worked at a chemical company in Hyderabad and lived with his wife in the Gandhinagar area of Jagadgirigutta. A case has been registered, and investigation is underway.
