Father Collapses After Dropping 3-Year-Old Daughter, Dies in Bulandshahr

Bulandshahr: A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Syana Kotwali road in Uttar Pradesh’s Bulandshahr district, where a 40-year-old man collapsed and died under suspicious circumstances moments after dropping his three-year-old daughter at school. The incident, captured on the school’s CCTV camera, has gone viral on social media.

The deceased has been identified as Tariq Mewati, a resident of Bulandshahr. On Saturday morning, he had gone as usual to drop his daughter at the school gate. CCTV footage shows Tariq getting down from an e-rickshaw, holding his daughter’s hand and school bag, and escorting her inside the gate.

As he turned back to leave after seeing her enter the school, Tariq suddenly collapsed on the road outside the gate. Seeing him fall, nearby people rushed to the spot and informed his family members. He was taken to a nearby private hospital, where doctors provided first aid and referred him to a higher centre after noting his critical condition.

His family then rushed him to another hospital, but Tariq died on the way.

The video of the incident has spread widely on social media and has left viewers deeply moved. In the footage, Tariq is seen sharing what turned out to be his final moments with his young daughter, unaware that it would be their last meeting.
