Revenge at the Graveyard: Husband Kills Wife’s Lover During His Mother’s Funeral in Baghpat!


A shocking case of revenge and violence has emerged from Baghpat city, where a man brutally murdered his wife’s lover while he was attending his mother’s funeral.


According to police, the accused Shaukeen and his friends attacked Nafees, who had eloped with Shaukeen’s daughter-in-law four years ago and married her in court. Since then, deep enmity had existed between the two families.


On Wednesday, when Nafees came to Baghpat to bury his mother, Shaukeen ambushed him at the city graveyard and beat him to death with bricks and sticks. The attack, carried out in broad daylight, caused panic among locals.


Police reached the spot, recovered the body, and sent it for post-mortem. The situation was later brought under control after officers assured residents that the accused would be arrested soon.

  Agra: A serious dispute has emerged between a local woman and Trans Yamuna Police. The complainant, Sarju Yadav of Kalindi Vihar, alleged that police ignored a theft case at her house and behaved indecently with her. She claimed that if justice is not delivered, she may take her own life, holding the station staff and Inspector-in-Charge responsible. She also accused suspended inspector Rajkumar Goswami, earlier linked to her case, of misconduct. Police, however, have given a different version.
