Indian-Origin Woman Raped in ‘Racially Aggravated’ Attack in West Midlands — Suspect Still on the Run

A 20-year-old Indian-origin woman was raped by a white man in a racially motivated assault in the Park Hall area of Walsall, West Midlands, on Saturday evening (October 25).

According to police reports, the attacker hurled racial slurs, calling the victim a “Pak* bit*h” before assaulting her. The West Midlands Police have launched a manhunt to track down the accused.

Police said they received a call around 7:15 PM about a woman in distress on the street. Investigations revealed that she had been raped and assaulted inside a nearby property by a man she did not know.

The suspect has been described as a white male in his 30s, with short hair, and wearing dark clothing. Authorities have now released CCTV footage of the man and urged locals to share any information that could lead to his arrest.

The victim, reportedly of Punjabi origin, is being supported by specialist officers. The incident has reignited concerns about racially motivated sexual assaults targeting Indian and South Asian women in the UK.

Just last month, a Sikh woman was raped and told to “go back to her own country” in Oldbury, also in the West Midlands — highlighting a disturbing pattern of hate-driven sexual violence.
