Faridabad Murder Mystery: 27-Year-Old Man Found Dead Under Metro Pillar After Meeting Woman Named Simmi!
Faridabad — A shocking murder came to light on Friday morning when the body of a 27-year-old man was found beneath a metro pillar near Badkhal Metro Station. The deceased was identified as Maruf, a resident of Kosi Kala, Mathura.
Police said Maruf had been in contact with a woman named Simmi for the past three months. On Thursday, he came to Faridabad to meet her and stayed at an Oyo hotel. The next morning, his body was found covered in blood with multiple stab wounds under Metro Pillar No. 663, near a petrol pump.
Based on a complaint from Maruf’s brother Sameer, an FIR for murder has been registered at the Old Police Station, Faridabad. Police are probing the involvement of Simmi and her acquaintances.
According to Sameer, Maruf left home around 2 p.m. on Thursday without informing anyone. The family later received a call saying Maruf had been in an accident and was admitted to BK Hospital. However, they later learned he had been murdered.
Police reached the spot at around 3:20 a.m., called the forensic team, and sent the body for post-mortem. Further investigation is underway.
