Sultanpur Murder: Wife, Lover Held for Plotting Husband’s Killing

 


Sultanpur, UP: Police have cracked a sensational murder case where a woman allegedly conspired with her lover to kill her husband.


Mahesh was found dead under suspicious circumstances. Investigators said call records and witness statements linked his wife, Pooja, and her associate, Dangar Yadav, to the crime. Dangar reportedly confessed that the killing was planned at Pooja’s behest following marital discord.



Police arrested both Pooja and Dangar soon after Mahesh’s funeral procession. The case has reignited debate over trust and domestic violence in rural Uttar Pradesh.
