UP ‘Tantrik’ Exposed | Exploited Women in Name of Exorcism, Arrested After Obscene Video Viral

 



Ambedkar Nagar (UP) – The dirty game of a so-called tantrik has been busted after an obscene video went viral. Police have arrested Dayaram Nishad (55) of Bajdiyapaipur, who exploited women under the pretext of jhaad-phoonk (exorcism).


According to police, Dayaram forced women to strip during rituals and even fed intoxicants in offerings before exploiting them. The accused, who had been building a temple in his village, claimed to cure problems ranging from black magic to childlessness.


The case surfaced after a viral video showed his obscene acts. Acting swiftly, Baskhari police arrested him and registered a case under relevant sections.


This shocking incident once again highlights how superstition and blind faith are misused to exploit innocent villagers.

  Barabanki (UP) – A bizarre case from Lonikatra police station area has left locals stunned. Two friends, Anup and Pappu, working in the same private company in Ahmedabad, allegedly exchanged wives. The matter escalated to the extent of court marriage. Pappu alleged that Anup kept his wife Savita with him for the past four months and pressured him to marry Anup’s wife. He even claims he was given ₹10,000 for this arrangement. Anup later performed a court marriage with Pappu’s wife. Meanwhile, Anup’s wife accused him of domestic violence and said she was forced to live with Pappu. She alleged she was told, “Now you two should live together like husband and wife.” Police confirmed both sides failed to reach a compromise. Anup Yadav and Pappu were detained and challaned under Section 151.

The Bengaluru Police have arrested a techie, Jedrela Jacob Aroop, on charges of cheating, caste-based abuse, assault and mental harassment of his wife. The arrest was made by the DCRE West Division police following a complaint filed by the victim. According to the police, Jacob had been living with his wife in Bengaluru for the past two years. His wife was employed in a reputed private company and earned a salary running into several lakhs of rupees. As Jacob was unemployed, it is alleged that she quit her job and supported him in securing employment. After the birth of their child, Jacob allegedly subjected his wife to caste-based abuse and physical and mental harassment. The complaint further states that he assaulted her in a manner that could have caused a miscarriage.
