Indore Pub Owner Ends Life After Honeytrap Blackmail, Names Woman in Suicide Note

Indore: A shocking case has come to light where pub owner Bhupendra Raghuvanshi ended his life allegedly due to constant blackmail by a woman. The incident has created a stir across the city.

Police recovered a five-page last note from Bhupendra, where he accused Iti Tiwari, a married woman he befriended two years ago, of extorting him. He alleged she had already taken ₹25 lakh and an iPhone, yet continued to harass him, even threatening to implicate him in a false rape case.

Bhupendra, who once ran three pubs and a restaurant in Indore, had been under financial stress and debt. His family said he had been withdrawn for days before taking the extreme step.

Police said Bhupendra met Iti at a club two years ago, after which she began demanding money, a car, a flat and costly gifts. His note mentions repeated humiliation, including an incident where she broke his mobile phones and threatened him publicly.

The body has been sent for postmortem. Police have registered a case and begun investigation.
