Drunk Cops Thrash Tea Seller in UP, 2 Suspended, 3 Shunted

 


Amroha, Uttar Pradesh – In a shocking incident, policemen allegedly under the influence of alcohol brutally assaulted tea seller Shamshuddin, his son Shakib, and Shahadat in Rajabpur. The dispute reportedly began over taking goods from the kiosk.


Following an inquiry by the City CO, constables Rahul Bhati and Vijay were found guilty and suspended. Inspector Akash Kumar, constable Rahul Rana, and constable Deepak Tomar were held negligent and transferred to the police lines. A departmental probe is underway.

Bidar (Karnataka): A shocking case of cruelty has emerged from Adarsh Colony, Bidar city, where a 7-year-old girl was allegedly murdered by her stepmother, who pushed her from the terrace of a third-floor building. The victim, Saanvi, was taken upstairs on August 27 by her stepmother Radha under the pretext of playing a game. Once on the terrace, Radha allegedly pushed the child to her death. Initially, the incident was dismissed as an accident, and Saanvi’s father Siddhant lodged an accidental death complaint the following day. CCTV footage reveals truth On September 12, a neighbor shared CCTV footage showing Radha’s suspicious movements with the child before her death. Following this, Saanvi’s grandmother lodged a fresh complaint at Gandhiganj police station.
